What payment methods are accepted on ironpensupply.com?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and we also offer you the ability to checkout using PayPal.

How long is fulfillment time? How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders that need custom fulfillment, the fulfillment time is between 2-7 business days. Over 50% of our products are usually fulfilled within 3 business days but we guarantee their fulfillment within 2-7 business days.

Ironpensupply.com uses a mixture of holding our products in our warehouses and making them on demand.

For orders that state the shipping time will be “_____ business days after fulfillment.”, add 2-7 days for the shirt to be custom made to your specifications.

FAQ Shipping Options Example

You selected the DHL Expedited Shipping. Your shipping time will be 3-6 business days after your shirt order is custom made, which takes from 2-7 business days. Meaning you can expect to receive your order in a total of 5-13 business days.

For products that simply state a shipping time, they are held in our warehouses and will be shipped and fulfilled within 2 business days from the order date.

My order has been shipped, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier’s tracking system. .

Can I upgrade my shipping speed after submitting an order?

Yes, you can!

You are able to upgrade your shipping method within 24 hours after you have submitted your order.

You are able to upgrade your shipping to a faster method but you are not able to downgrade to a slower method.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process. Please mention your order number and the shipping options you would like to upgrade to.
