If you have put in the wrong address and your package was delivered to an address that you did not intend to send it to then you are held responsible. Please place the order again and provide the correct shipping address.
If your address was incomplete and the package was not deliverable by the mail courier due to this error, then the package is usually sent back to our warehouse. If this is the case, please reach out to our customer service team and we will collect an extra shipping charge to get the package delivered to the correct address.

Return claims must be submitted within 30 days after your products have been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
For size exchanges, the return shipping is paid by the buyer. When we receive it at our warehouse, we will evaluate the products and then send you out your correct size.
